I just wanted to share with everyone a new product that I discovered. It's called Isotonix OPC-3 and the friends that I know who have tried it have had great improvements in their health from taking it so I decided to pass the info along and if you're interested you can try it yourself. For example, my friend Samuel took it and here is his testimonial.
"I always had trouble with allergies and had a severe allergy to cats. Seasonal changes always provoked bloody noses for me and terrible migraines. I also have asthma and have had asthma attacks. I tried Isotonix OPC-3 because a friend of mine suggested it to me and I tried it and experienced relief within the first 5-10 minutes. My sinus headaches went away and I felt like I could breathe a whole lot better. I really liked the fact that it was in a powder form because I hate taking pills and it tastes good to me."
Here is a link to the product and you can look up more info on the site.

Adrenal Fatigue
Are you tired all the time? Maybe you sleep in but you still don't feel rested. Do you have trouble focusing when you used to have great focus? Do you have trouble falling asleep at night even though you feel exhausted? These are all symptoms of adrenal fatigue which is a growing epidemic in our nation today. Most people are just more stressed out these days with job stress, trying to pay bills in a suffering economy or just keep up with the kids. Here I have listed a common symptom list of Adrenal Fatigue which is what many can suffer from when there adrenal glands which are part of the endocrine system begin to suffer.
The 30 symptoms include, but are not limited to: 1. Excessive fatigue and exhaustion, chronic fatigue
2. Non-refreshing sleep
3. Sleep disturbance, insomnia
4. Feeling overwhelmed or unable to cope
5. Craving salty and/or sweet foods
6. Sensitivity to light
7. Low stamina and slow to recover from exercise
8. Slow to recover from injury or illness
9. Difficulty concentrating, brain fog
10. Poor digestion
11. Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
12. Low immune function
13. Premenstrual syndrome
14. Menopause symptoms
15. Low blood pressure
16. Sensitivity to cold
17. Fearfulness
18. Allergies,
19. Frequent influenza
20. Arthritis
21. Anxiety
22. Irritability
23. Depression
24. Reduced memory
25. Low libido, sexual drive or interest
26. Lack of lust for life and/or food
27. Excess hunger
28. Low appetite
29. Panic/anxiety attacks
30. Irritability, impatience, quick to anger.
In order to get a true diagnosis it is recommended for someone to get a saliva test to measure their levels of cortisol in their body or to work with an endocrinologist. A book I also recommend is Adrenal Fatigue: The 21ist century stress syndrome which I have a link for here. http://www.amazon.com/Adrenal-Fatigue-Century-Stress-Syndrome/dp/1890572152
Also, diet is a huge part in recovery. Here is one recipe that I suggest for taking the first step in recovery.
Place all of the ingredients into your blender and blend for around 30-45 seconds or until your desired consistency is reached.

Argentinean shrimp and vegetable stir fry
You will need:
Coconut oil
1 bag of wild Argentinean red shrimp
Mixed vegetables- (I personally used asparagus, carrots, shitake mushrooms and chopped onion)
Himalayan pink sea salt
Seasonings of choice
Semi-hard goat cheese
Pre-minced garlic
Asparagus sauté with wild Argentinean red shrimp and topped with Himalayan pink sea salt and crumbled four peppers goat cheese.
Seasonings of choice such as pepper, onion powder etc…
Prep: Wash vegetables. Rinse off shrimp and thaw for a quicker cooking time. Use a cheese grater to shave off some goat cheese. Get ingredients and spices set up.
Steps
1) Preheat 2 teaspoons of coconut oil in the frying pan. (I prefer to use coconut oil because coconut oil helps to boost the immune system by producing a disease-fighting substance called lauric acid.)Place garlic and seasonings you like in pan. I personally like to use onion powder and a dash of ginger powder.
2) Put the mixed vegetables in the frying pan and let them cook about 2 minutes. Then put a lid over the pan and let them simmer for another 2 minutes.
3) Take off lid and then place shrimp inside. Let cook until pink or desired coloring. Sitr frequently.
4) Top with a dash of pink sea salt and goat cheese.
5) ENJOY J

Benefits of chia seeds: Good source of omega-3 and it will help you to feel satisfied. They also help to balance blood sugar and imbalances in blood sugar are a big factor in feeling fatigued. So these small seeds are a dieters dream and they really pack a punch!
